Ranking of customer relationship management (CRM) software: our methodology
If you are looking for a good CRM software to manage your sales leads , all of the above features can significantly increase your success rate and productivity .
To establish this ranking, I reviewed a list of about 800 possible CRMs in order to make a shortlist. I then directly tested each of the 8 selected sales CRMs and sought to find out which of them offered which functionality, which I have detailed below.
